Mark F. O'Neil
Chief Executive Officer

Mark F. O'Neil is chief executive officer of Dealertrack, a position he has held since May 2005. O’Neil has been a member of the board of directors since August 2001. From August 2001 to May 2005, Mr. O'Neil served as our Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. O'Neil began his career at Intel Corporation, where he first developed knowledge of the technology industry. He subsequently worked for McKinsey & Co. before moving to the automotive industry in the late 1980's. His experience in the automotive industry includes serving as President of Ertley MotorWorld, a dealer group based in Pennsylvania. From this traditional retail dealer group, Mr. O'Neil went on to co-found and lead the development and rollout of CarMax, Inc., a publicly-held used automobile retailer. From June 2000 through January 2001, Mr. O'Neil was President and Chief Operating Officer of, an online automotive sales website. He also serves as a director of DealerTire LLC, a privately held company. Mr. O'Neil holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rick Gibbs
President, Software Solutions

Rick Gibbs was named President in October 2015. He served as Co-President since November 2014, and served as Executive Vice President, Digital Marketing Solutions, since March 2014, when, the company he co-founded in 1998, was acquired by Dealertrack Technologies. At, Mr. Gibbs served as CEO and president since December 2013. Prior to that, he was the company’s Chief Technology Officer and President for three years, where he provided the strategic vision for the company and led the development of's suite of industry defining products. Previous to co-founding, Mr. Gibbs served as a consultant at Noblestar Systems from 1997 until 1999, where he designed next-generation web applications. Mr. Gibbs holds a BS in Computer Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering from Clarkson University.

Keith Jezek
President, Software Solutions

Keith Jezek co-founded vAuto with Dale Pollak and is also president of software solutions for Cox Automotive. Under Keith’s leadership, vAuto was named to the Inc. 500 list for two consecutive years as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in America. Prior to vAuto, Keith spent 20 years in executive management with high-technology firms such as ADP, Digital Motorworks, LP, Travelogix and Tallard B.V. In recognition of his impressive track record, Keith was elected to the Young Presidents’ Organization in 2004, where he is recognized as one of the most successful young leaders in the United States. Keith received his B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA in finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Amit Maheshwari
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Business Development and OEM Relations

Amit Maheshwari is responsible for Dealertrack's corporate strategy development and planning processes and oversees a Dealertrack-wide OEM relationship management group. Most recently, Mr. Maheshwari lead the company's digital retailing business, which provides consumer-facing solutions to dealers, portals and manufacturers with the goal of improving the online sales process and delivering qualified consumer leads to dealers. Previously, he was responsible for Dealertrack's automotive data businesses, which included ALG and Chrome Systems, and was General Manager of Dealertrack's accessories solutions group. Mr. Maheshwari has worked at Fortune 100 companies, such as General Electric Co., and consulted for companies, including ADP Dealer Services and Baxter Healthcare. Mr. Maheshwari holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University in Wisconsin and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York.

Kristin Halpin
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Kristin Halpin was named Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR), Dealertrack, in May 2014. Ms. Halpin has been a strategic and progressive HR professional in dynamic global talent management and HR environments for more than 20 years. Prior to Dealertrack, she was Chief Talent Officer at Previously, she served in Washington D.C., as the Senior Director of Human Resources for DAI (Development Alternatives, Inc.), an international development company with $400 million in revenue and more than 2,000 employees worldwide. Prior to DAI, Ms. Halpin lived in London where she led the effort on building an HR infrastructure for IDX Systems Corporation – acquired by GE Healthcare in 2006 – throughout London and Southern England. She also lived in Hong Kong working for Expedia, APAC (Asia Pacific), where she built the HR Infrastructure and partnered in opening up seven different offices over the Asia Pacific region.
